What's the difference between pawning and selling?
A pawn is a short-term loan secured by your item — you keep the right to reclaim it. Selling is a one-time outright purchase; you receive a higher cash amount and the item becomes ours immediately.
Does pawning affect my credit score?
No. We don't run credit checks and we don't report to credit bureaus. The item itself is the only collateral.
What do I need to bring?
The item and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Sellers must be 18 or older. For watches, box and papers help but aren't required.
How is my gold priced?
We test the karat, weigh it on certified scales in front of you, and calculate your offer from the current spot price of gold. You see the math before you decide.
Can I renew my loan more than once?
Yes. As long as the finance charges are paid by the maturity or grace-period deadline, you can renew under the terms allowed by state law.
Is my item safe while it's pawned?
Every pledged item is tagged, photographed and stored in our insured, secured vault until you redeem it.
